It is a free list management system. Designed to work with your existing website, so no additional software installation or hardware purchases are needed. Users can automatically receive new items on their email addresses or cell phone. They can also manage the things they’ve added to their lists online and share them with others.

While many free services offer to help manage your contacts for companies, organizations, etc., there aren’t many for free to individuals who would like a service like this. There are several services out there that offer the same kinds of features, but most of the ones I have found are either not accessible or charge expensive monthly or yearly fees. The idea behind this site is to create a service where users can connect with people they want to keep in contact with and share information with those people at their convenience.

To start using the system, all you need to do is set up a profile and choose whether you want to create a public profile that anyone can see or a private profile that only allows people you send invites to be able to see it. Once you have set up your profile, you can start adding people by searching for them through their email addresses or inviting them if they haven’t created a profile yet.

The good thing is that it doesn’t take much to get started. You can build your list for free using a service like MailChimp or Aweber, and you can set up an auto-responder for free using an app like MailPoet (which is what we use). No money is involved in doing this.

There are a million different options for email newsletter software out there, but I use and recommend MailChimp. It has so many great features that make it easy to keep my readers informed about everything from new products to blog posts. Some of my favorites:

I’ve always been a big fan of my advertising company and the work they do for me. But no idea how much more effective their ads are than others until I had them install this tracking system on my website. It’s cool. I’ve tried using other ad tracking systems, but they don’t work as well as the one I’m using now. My previous system worked by putting a unique ID in the code for my ads. The problem is that if someone used their browser’s private or incognito mode, that ID would disappear from the code, and when it refreshed, it wouldn’t track the viewers anymore. I was losing an estimated twenty percent of my views that way. My new system takes each ad and strips out all text, leaving only a few images and numbers. In doing so, even if someone is browsing in private or incognito mode, it will still show up as tracked because there isn’t much text to get rid of anyway. I’ve been getting more than ninety-five percent of my views with this system, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Not only does this website give you access to hundreds of other traffic networks (you can see the complete list here), but it also has the option to let you create your private network so that others can join. It is excellent if you have a community or niche website with lots of potential for more traffic, and the creator of the private network isn’t charging participants to join. Building your network seems like a lot of work; sharing your content on this site would probably be more accessible than creating a new community.

If you’re looking to get targeted traffic to your site and looking for a passive way to do it, you should consider signing up with an affiliate program. Affiliate programs allow you to promote products or services from other sites. In return for directing traffic to those sites, you can get commissions for selling a product or service.

The upside of affiliate marketing is that you don’t need to spend money advertising or to promote your product or service—you can make money from other people’s products and services. Still, if they don’t sell, it doesn’t affect your bottom line. You only earn a commission if a sale takes place.

There are also some downsides to affiliate marketing. You’ll need a website with good content for people to visit that will interest them in what you’re promoting. If your site is poorly set up with not much helpful information on it and is difficult to navigate, they aren’t going to stick around very long. They may also go back to the original site they were at rather than yours because individuals know where to go once found what they need, even if that wasn’t from your site. You’ll need good content.
